Since joining TCI in 2021, he has expanded parts, service, and field support capabilities to ensure customers receive timely expertise and continuous uptime. He lives in Rock Falls, Illinois, with his wife, Amy, and their three children.

Over the past 20 years, Will Shane has played a central role in TCI’s engineering leadership. Now, through FreedomBuilt, he continues to bring durability, innovation, and field-proven design to customer projects from concept to commissioning. He oversees the entire engineering process — from early concept and design to final commissioning — ensuring each system meets the demands of real-world operation and long-term production goals. Will’s technical expertise and project leadership are key drivers of TCI’s reputation for quality and reliability. He lives in Neponset, Illinois, with his wife, Heather, and their two children.

Brandon combines more than a decade of TCI Manufacturing experience with FreedomBuilt’s integrated delivery approach, providing accurate project estimates and smooth coordination from first contact through final planning. He partners with customers and internal teams to prepare detailed proposals, respond quickly to inquiries, and align technical solutions with budget and schedule requirements. Brandon’s detail-driven approach and commitment to service help support successful project execution across the FreedomBuilt platform. He lives in Princeton, Illinois, with his wife, Melissa, and their two children.

With 25+ years of marketing and technology experience, Chad Colby drives brand strategy and customer engagement for TCI Manufacturing and the FreedomBuilt partnership, ensuring the industry sees the innovation, capability, and execution behind every project. Joining TCI in 2023 as the company’s first-ever Marketing Director, he leads trade show strategy, digital presence, storytelling, and media efforts that showcase the company’s engineering capability and project success. A recognized pioneer in UAV technology, Chad also works closely with engineering and field teams to apply advanced drone solutions for planning, modeling, and on-site visualization. He lives in Deer Creek, Illinois, with his wife, Jacqueline, and their three children.

A 31 year veteran of the mining and bulk material handling industry, Temple Bowling V leads Liberty Construction Services with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach and more than three decades of experience. He earned a Building Science degree from Auburn University and built his career across mining, aggregates, and EPC project delivery. As President, Temple drives company strategy, leads sales, and guides project development—turning early concepts into fully operational production facilities while remaining involved from concept through commissioning. He is based in Birmingham, Alabama, and lives with his wife, Kimberly, and has three grown children.

Serving as Senior Project Manager for Liberty Construction Services in our Birmingham, Alabama office. A University of Alabama at Birmingham graduate with a degree in Operations Management, Joe has spent the last 11 years at Liberty specializing in bulk material handling projects after a long career in utility and industrial construction. With more than 40 years of overall construction experience, he manages every phase of a project, from crew placement and estimating through field ejecución, problem solving, and client relations. Clients rely on Joe’s track record of delivering design-build projects on schedule and within budget.

A 10 years in aggregate and heavy industrial construction, Josiah now oversees turnkey plant projects and upgrades, with particular emphasis on sequencing work to keep production running, structural steel and mechanical installations, conveyor systems, subcontractor coordination, and clear communication with quarry owners and operators. Clients value his ability to translate design decisions into lower costs, reduced labor, easier maintenance, and maximum uptime, while delivering projects on predictable schedules with clean shutdowns and an excellent safety record.

Over two decades spent in industrial construction define Jesus Vargas’ role as a Mechanical Superintendent for Liberty Construction Services. He leads on-site execution by overseeing material coordination, crew scheduling, and safety compliance while maintaining schedule. Known for his hands-on leadership from project kickoff through completion, Jesus ensures each phase meets client expectations and operational requirements. He is based in New Braunfels, Texas, where he lives with his wife, Ninfa, and their five children.
